So, the part that is broken is the blend door pivot or simply put the blend door. The dash will need to be removed and the HVAC plenum disassembled and replaced, I am not sure if they sell the piece separately so you might need to repair the piece or get a replacement plenum from a wrecking yard. You probably had something fall down inside one of the vents which stopped the door from moving which caused it to break. Here is how to remove the plenum in the images below. You should start by disconnecting the battery, draining the engine coolant and vacuuming down the A/C system.
