My heater only blows cold air. A guy at AutoZone got it working temporarily by doing something under drivers side right knee. He pulled the carpet back and used a long screw driver to do it and then told me not to change anything because he did not know what would happen. Well it got hot again and I did not need it but now it is getting cold so I need to know where the actuator is so I can fix the problem.

Yes the blend door actuator will cause the heater or air conditioner not to work right.
