Blend door location

For automatic A/C, the temperature blend door is controlled by an electric actuator (motor). The actuator is located on top of A/C evaporator housing.
For Removal and Installation of the temperature blend door actuator:
1.Remove the passenger air bag module.
2.Remove the defroster opening grill.
3.Detach and position aside the right hand demister hose.

Vehicles with anti-theft/key-less entry:
4.Remove the screws and position aside the anti-theft/keyless entry module.

All vehicles:
5.Working through the opening near the RH defroster nozzle, remove the screw.

6.Remove the temperature blend door actuator.1.Disconnect the electrical connector.
2.Remove the screws and the temperature blend door actuator.
