Bleeding the Brakes.

I replaced 2 rrusted leaking brake lines that run from the master cylinder to the ABS control box. (The ABS does not work). I did not attempt to bleed the new lines at the ABS control box. I started at the right rear wheel, then left rear wheel, then left front and right front. The car was NOT running when I was bleeding the air out of the system.Now, I have very little brakes and the pedal goes to the floor. The master cylinder is full. What am I doing wrong? Please help.
