bleeding brakes after putting new hose in on the left hand wheel

Ok heres the problem, I dont have the funds to fix my bleeder screw/valve because its rounded, am I risking my chances of not bleeding that section of my wheel and just putting brake fluid in the master cylinder and be ok to drive?

it really shold be bled. if you take a propane torch and heat around the bleeder screw then spray penetrating oil on it (it'll smoke) then tap with a small hammer around the bleeder. do that a couple of times and see if the bleeder will break loose, normally it will. then replace the bleeder screw. then normally bleed the system.
