Bleed coolant

Well I blew a hole in a hose. And it replaced and thermostat too. Still blows out somewhere. No heat just cold air. Do I need to bleed the line and how do I do that?

fill coolant level first, then rent a pressure checker at auto parts and pressurize system. it may be a head gasket problem.
