Blank screen and no climate control functions?

I have the car listed above LT model. The radio screen is black, the buttons on screen don't do anything, but I can control the radio from steering wheel, also none of the A/C buttons on the climate controls don't work at all. Is there a fix for this? All fuses have been checked already so there are no bad fuses or relays.

Did they both go out at once? If so it sounds like the human machine interface control module has gone out behind the right side of the dash, but to bad sure we should do a CAN scan. You can get a CAN scanner (Controller Area Network) which will work on most cars from Amazon.
