Belt tightening, the battery will not charge?

Can I ask if the belt tensioner is in good shape? This is what holds tension on the belt to keep it tight. Can you upload an image or a short video of the problem so I can see? Here is a guide to help test the alternator, also please check the fuse numbers in the images below to make sure they are good to go.
