Front wheel bearings replacement

How do I replace the front wheel bearings? I have brake caliper off but trying to loosen lug bolt and the rotor and everything is turning.

Put the caliper back on and pump up the brake, then have someone else hold down the brake pedal, or place a stick in between the brake pedal and seat cushion, then loosen the lock nut.
