Did you use the scan tool to gather the old BCM information to be transferred to the new BCM?

Gather Necessary Information: Before starting the programming process, make sure you have all the relevant information, such as vehicle identification number (VIN), programming file(s) for the new BCM, and any security credentials or codes required for access.
Read Current BCM Data: The scan tool will read the current data from the old BCM, allowing you to verify the configuration and settings before transferring them to the new BCM.
