After replacing the battery in my 2012, 370Z, Everytime i start my car the Dual Radiator fans come on and stay on.
I looked on you tube, found an automotive channel, it was recommended trying a ECU reset. By #1 disconnecting battery.#2 depress and hold break pedal for 15 sec 3 times. #3 Depress electronic start button1,2 and hold for 15 sec. Battery was disconnected for 30 min.
#4 Reconnect battery. #5 Start car and let idle for 15 min.
While at step #5. 5 min into the vehicle idling the Rad Fans were back on.
#6 Drive for several miles.
Any Help would be greatly appreciated, Thank You

It sounds like you had a voltage spike which can cause the problem you are describing, first I would check all fuses under the hood with the key on, this guide can help.

If the fuses are okay I would do a hard reboot on the CAN bus which this video will help you with.

If that does not work we need to do a scan for codes to see which ones are stored.
