Battery lights stays on

Hi, my friend has the car listed above that he just purchased from a private seller. The previous owner had the car sitting on the back yard for close to a year.The previous owner told him about the battery light staying lit and he didn't know why. So 2 days ago when my friend was heading home his car shut off on him. so he purchased a new battery and a rebuild alternator from AutoZone. Now the two new items where installed but now the battery light stays on. we have checked the batter and it is good, we checked the voltmeter for voltage and it reads 13.2 when car is off. what can it be?

Hi,

The first thing we need to do is check if the alternator is charging the battery. Follow this link and let me know the results:

Next check the fuses I indicated in pic 1. Also, make sure fuse 4 is good as well. I forgot to circle it.
