Good day the Battery light on deskboard stay on untill reving car
I have tested the voltages regulator and alternator and that is working correctly
The battery light will stay on untill I rev the car hard and then the alatenator will start chaging the battery
I have check all the fuses - please advice

check battery for condition and load test first.

Good day the battery is a new and I also had this issue with the old battery

then check the belt and tensioner, recommended replacement of belt and tensioner is 60,000 miles it may be slipping at low speed. make sure battery terminals are clean. we dont' have the tazz model in u.s. for that year but here is a corolla charging system diagram check the things I've pointed out in it. any of those could also cause a problem.
