I ended up having to replace the alternator and A/C compressor at the same time, but it totally drained the battery and took a while to charge it to be able to start it, but now those lights are still on but it's charging according to my multi reader. Can you help me out?

I would try to disconnect the battery and let it sit for 2 hours then reconnect the battery, this will help reboot the system. If the lights are still on let run the codes doing a CAN scan. This guide can show you how the scanner is about $40.00 on Amazon.

A CAN scan, which is the future of automotive repair, can get a CAN scanner from Amazon for about $30.00. here is a video to show you how and a link to a scanner from Amazon:

and

https://amzn.to/3OpAotj for the scanner

It sounds like the clusters might be bad, but a Can scan will tell for sure. Please run down these guides and report back.
