Battery fuse block or fusible link blown?

I have a question, "Connect both jumper cables to positive?" Do you mean both negative and positive were hooked to the positive side of the battery? Here is a guide to help test for power at the maxi fuses so you can see which one needs to be jumped/replaced:

Test at the arrows in the diagrams to make your jumper to it and the positive side of the battery. Check out the images (below). Let us know what happens and please upload pictures or videos of the problem so we can see what's going on.

No power to the vehicle at all. Connect both jumper cables to positive. Dash lights off, miles off. Battery is fine, but I believe the fuse block battery or distribution block mega fuse is blown. It’s a 2020 Silverado 1500 5.3l Trail Boss. There are 3 posts 175a, 175a, 400a. I just need to start the truck for a minute where exactly would I connect an in-line wire to be able to bypass the blown link, and start it for a few minutes.
