The battery is dead. Where is the battery and how do i jump start it?

The battery is under the back seat but jump starting is not recommended. Running a car with a completely dead battery like that can burn out the alternator. They are not designed to charge a dead battery, merely maintain one. You should use a small battery charger to recharge it before starting it.
