Base cover underneath windshield wipers missing

Hello- I got my Lexus CT200h (electric hybrid) detailed today and the place forgot to put back the cover underneath the windshield wipers (hood cowl?). The place is closed this weekend, so I won't be able to get it back until Monday at least. Is it safe to drive in rain or in general?
