No start check engine light on

when first starting after like ten hours it does not start.The check engine light just lights up. the injectors do not fire. i have taken fuel rail out and injectors are not firing, but spark is working and there is fuel pressure. i tested it and if the car is cold like after three hours it starts normal, but after long time it does not.
