Back up camera issue

It is upside down. Only code i can see is this. Any fix you know off? If needing update do you think an autel scanner can do it?

Hi,

The video camera needs to be reconfigured. Take a look at pic 1 below.

As far as the scanner, Autel makes several different models. You need one that can communicate with the body control module.

I tried the Forscan and it could not configure it. tried my auto with no luck. Took it apart and turned the camera 180 degrees, and mounted it back, now all is good, lol. I am not paying hundreds of dollars for a problem that Ford is aware of.
