My car often makes a little vibration when the steering wheel is fully cut to left or right and brake released very slowly. If released braked and accelerated it does not vibrates. Vibration is from back. Back right axle changed but never checked fluid and it is LSD . Mechanic greased the drive shaft cross and checked back wheels in case they are not jam, please, please help me.
Secondly if parking brake or handbrake cable is not adjusted will it also vibrate from back? Please help mechanic took half of my life and money on this issue.

It sounds like you hit it on the money, the LSD must have special lubricant if not the car will vibrate at low speeds in turns. Here is a guide to help you see what you are in for when servicing the differential:

https://www.2carpros.com/articles/differential-service

Differential

Type Hypoid gear oil
Grade API GL-5
Viscosity:
Above 0°F (-18°C) SAE 90
Below 0°F (-18°C) SAE 80W or 80W-90

Here is how it will be on your car you can see the drain and fill plug in the diagram (below) Please let us know what happens.

Thanks a lot for reply Ken, bro the mechanic checked the oil and the oil was fine. I do not as he said, but I never changed oil so should I change the oil? Is it also of brake leathers or handbrake cable if not adjusted properly?

One thing more bro my engine started knocking when AC is on. I already put fluid in petrol tank also. What should I do mechanic asked me. We will clean the injectors but I do not want them to disturb company fitting. Should I clean knocking sensor? I am from Pakistan bro please guide me.

Please start a new question about the second problem so we keep the subject of this thread clean. I would definitely service the differential is there is chance you can take a short video of the problem and upload it here in your reply of the problem so I can see? That would help.

Check the real axle fluid level and condition. Replace the fluid if necessary. Fluid quality that has deteriorated can result in juddering when making turns as the fluid is not able to provide sufficient lubrication and protection against gears gnashing at each other loudly. This problem would be more common among LSD differentials.
