Back door will not unlock

First, this vehicle isn't offered in the US, so I don't have technical information. However, I will try my best to help.

When the window was replaced, the door panel would have been removed exposing the lock actuator. There is a chance that it was disconnected or damaged. So what I suggest is this. First, remove the door panel. Next, inspect the connector to the lock actuator. If it is good and there is no evidence of damage to the wiring, then we need to check if there is power to the actuator when you actuate the locks.

Note, you mentioned that it won't unlock. If it locks, then chances are one of the two wires going to it was damaged. To change the directions of the electric motor actuator, the power polarity changes directions. Thus, you have power in one wire for lock and power in the opposite for unlocking.

One other thing. If you hear the actuator working but the lock doesn't move, there is a good chance that the linkage between the actuator and lock was left disconnected or damaged, so check for that as well.
