Codes p0016, P0700, P0871

Replaced crankshaft, cam shaft, o2 upstream and atc- transmission sensor and still getting codes of p0016 shows same code of p0016 two times same description of crankshaft/camshaft timing misalignment.
P0700
P0871
Running out of ideas here, checked transmission fluid cold and it is way over any reading, going out now to warm it up and retest hot also checked oil and it was two quarts low? With no oil leaks and not driving at all.
Any help or suggestions would be awesome! Thanks.
Also, AC stopped blowing cold could be a leak or maybe all works in to my problem;
sluggish acceleration at thirty five mph and after sixty mph.

P0700 and P0871 are both transmission codes. The P0700 code basically is to tell you to check the TCM for other codes. The P0871 code would have set the 700 code. It means you either have a faulty pressure sensor or low fluid pressure, low fluid, a worn pump or faulty seals so it loses pressure are common causes. A transmission shop could do a pressure test and see what that issue is.

The P0016 should simply be called the you need a timing chain code. It shows that the sensors are working but that the camshaft and crankshaft are out of time with each other. The only way that can happen is with timing chain or guide wear that allows the camshaft to move out of time.

But the chain and guides were both replaced before I replaced these sensors. Also, finding out my whole steering column does not work, and the ac fan is not clicking on. Weird all this is happening at once.

Sounds like they may be out of time then, it does not take very much to cause that code. One tooth off would do it and give you the poor power you are seeing as the engine drops into a limp mode with a cam sensor error. Do you have access to an oscilloscope? You could run a waveform from the sensors and see if it is wrong without tearing things apart.

Well it is possible you have an issue with the electrical system, not a surprise with a Chrysler. Check over the grounds under the dash and in the engine bay. They like to corrode and give interesting symptoms. What is not working on the column?
