Front passenger wheel bounces really bad

It would help if we could see a video of this just to be sure. but it sounds like the shock/strut is weak allowing the wheel to bounce more then it should. However, if we see it we may be able to better assist because this could be way off.

I attached the process on how to replace a shock if this is what it is. Thanks
