Poor fuel mileage

My car listed above Magna (O) CRDi. Is not giving me the average as specified by company. Now the average is only 14 kmpl. Please let me have the solution to increase the average of my car.

This happens when the throttle bore needs to be serviced and the MAP sensor needs to be replaced. Here is a guide and diagrams for your car below. Make sure you disconnect the battery first.
