automatic transmission problem

I recently changed my Mitsubishi spacewagon GDI engine to a smaller Mitsubishi gallant engine , the mechanics did a recalibration kind of so it now has 3 ECUs; but d problem is the automatic transmission will not go into the 3rd speed, just revs up.

we dont' have that car in USA but is' probably from the thing you did with the smaller engine and using 3 ecu's
