automatic transmission does not work?

P0766 - Shift Solenoid "D" Performance or Stuck Off:

They already changed the oil and did repair. Now they want to change it after 2000km driving. Couse new parts make a lot of dirt.

Transmission doing fine, but when i put in R i feel a slight vibration, that only lasts a second.
