Automatic shifter is affected by gassing and braking.

I have a 1995 Toyota Tacoma V6 Automatic 4x4 with a automatic transmission selector (shifter) that is being affected when gassing and braking. ???? Sometimes when braking hard or gassing hard the truck has shifted its self out of gear into neutral. ??????
