Headlights flicker, command module (auto theft protection system activated) radio system turns off, cruise control inoperative, esp signal, brake system check engine.

Hello,

It sounds like you have a front SAM controller computer module that is not working, this is a job for the CAN ( computer area network) scanner which is the future of car repair. you can get a scanner for about $50.00 on Amazon. here is a video of the job being done so you can see what you are in for:
