Auto door locks stopped working after programming replacement fob

Sounds like the one programming the new fob turned off the auto locking option. It takes a programmer or a scan tool to set the option to on. Hyundai didn't make that a user selectable item until the later models. As to the cost, it depends on who does it. Some places will do it free while others will want to charge the minimum shop time for a process that takes about 5 minutes.

Also, I have a ph000 no fault code showing up on my scanner when I programmed my auto start I notice the service engine light went out and door locks stopped locking when I would drive .after about 3 weeks I noticed the service engine light back on and showing the PH000 no fault code .Hyundai in Pembroke Ontario will not do the auto lock scan for free told me it takes a hour lol at $85.00 an hour.I said forget it. But wont the OBII scanner not reprogram that auto locking feature.

It depends on the tool. It would need to do bidirectional control of the system and depending on the tool is usually under a menu about the locking system or options. Should be a simple toggle on or off and the time you want it to wait. I don't see anything referencing a PH000 code for your car.
