2004 Audi TT Question malfunction

had hard rains the other day, now the security system, interior lights ,don't work and windows don't go all the way to the top leaving a gap of 1/4 inch , the keyless opener does not work. cannot open the trunk or the gas cap.
how ever all else works the drives fine except for these malfunctions . reason ?

May be a failure of the comfort/convenience module. This module is responsible for controlling all the systems you are describing.
It is located under the dash and may have been effected by a water leak in the convertible top or windshield.
