instrument lights do not come on when car is cold
after a few min lights and tach odometer etc. come on and off flashing until car warms up then they stay on until the car is left over night.

Ok from looking at the wiring diagram there is only two things that I can think of that could cause this problem. Either the lamp control module or the board computer control.
