Rough idle issue?

The problems are tabulated.
-Rough idling
-High/low idle
-Poor acceleration
-check engine light come s on
-Difficulty starting when engine is cold
-loss of power under stress
-car stops well driving shows a battery beeps on the dash and the steering wheel stiffens
