Good Evening: I have 2 disc stuck in my CD player. If I disconnect the car battery will tis release the disc?

Hi there,
I feel that the player will have to be removed and dismantled to get them out as the eject mechanism will be so jammed the drive may beak if you persist with attempting to keep cycling the ejector.
