Audi A4 (2003) 1.8T Quattro- Windshield Wiper Fluid

Audi A4 1.8 Quattro (2003) winshield wipers do not spray fluid, nor do headlight components. Fluid is full. Could this be due to a bad fuse that would operate this function?

its possible. Do you hear the fluid pump running?test the fuse ,if good test for power and ground at the motor
