Hi, my Audi is actually a 3.0 Quattro Cabriolet convertible and all of a sudden my rear driver side windo will not go down all the way. It goes down until there's about 5 inches left to go and stops. No unusual noise, goes up all the way, even with the top going up and down. I'm wondering if there a reset switch or something worse. What do you think?

By the way I think I saved a copy of my car, but the window was working fine when the photo was taken.

I resist calling for a replacement window regulator due to the part of your story that reports that the window will still go all the way up. Having said that and knowing the Germans have taken to cable actuators and having repaired several Audi windows, the possibility the door panel will need to come off to inspect the inner workings and perhaps replace the regulator is still present. If it were my car, I would remove the door panel and at least inspect for whatever it is that is keeping the window from going all the way down. And I would consider having a replacement window regulator standing by. Does this seem reasonable?
