2006 Audi A4 poor compression on cylinder four

I took car to audi dealership, they said it had a build up in a cylinder, i believe, that they tried to fix problem. it now sounds worse. the engine is now running poorly and while the car is in park it fires horribly and the engine is moving the entire car.
im tring to find a better place to take it. any help or suggestions. Thanks
