1.8T quattro heater/ac blower not running. Removed blower and bench tested motor at local motor shop, it's ok. Climate control shows it is trying to run blower, the display is ramping up and down in auto. In manual the display shows fan speed is adjusting. All dampers appear to be moving (can hear them shift).
There is voltage to the blower connector but not on the blower motor leads that connect to the motor.
How can I determine if it's the control or the blower?
