2000 Audi A4 Door panel removal

The passenger side door will not open using the interior release only the exterior one. I need to remove the door panel to get to the mechanism but cannot figure out how to do it Help!

you need a screwdriver and need to get in between the panel and door. its not really that difficult, but dont be too aggressive.
