My car recently had a rough idle and after checking the Check Engine light at AutoZone, they told me that I'd have to try and replace them. I don't have the money to go to a mechanic and have them do it for me so I'm trying to do it on my own.

Will something happen to my car if I disconnect the battery to do this? And any tips to try and make this easier on myself?

Good afternoon,

No need to disconnect the battery. Just remove the four connectors for the coils and remove the plugs.

I attached the procedure below for you.

Thank you so much! Though i am worried about the torque since I don't have that kind of wrench on me. Would i have to get a digital display wrench or is there a different way?

You can rent one at a parts store.
