car has spark but no injector pulse or fuel pump. relays ok sensors ok fuel pump ok new distributor why wont start

Have you checked for diagnostic fault codes? How do you know the fuel pump is okay? How did you determine the injectors are not working? Can I safely assume you have the 2.5L V-6 engine? Need to know which engine you have when discussing an engine problem.
You listed "ASD problem" but you didn't say what that problem is. If the automatic shutdown relay is not turning on you can't have spark. The ignition coil or coil pack, and the injectors are all fed by the ASD relay. If you indeed do have spark but no voltage to the injectors during engine cranking there would have to be a corroded splice in the wires that feed those circuits.
