Any vacuum lines i have not located

This truck has a severe low idle shakes very hard. I was informed that misfire cylinder one and four and a af, I have replaced one of the ignition coils two of the towers had no spark, I also replaced the idle air control sensor, cleaned the throttle plate and replaced the throttle sensor, I have also cleaned the MAF, and replaced the DPFE. When I changed out the coil truck ran smoother I sprayed some cleaner around the throttle base and IAC areas to make sure no vacuum leaks and the idle went back to severe shaking. Any ideas would be helpful, I know I will get flack for replacing things but this truck is going to a sixteen year old for a first vehicle so rather make sure he is safe also. By the way this truck has two coils. I have another MAF from a wrecking yard have not tried that yet, but I know some times Ford is notorious for having vacuum lines in less obvious places. Thank you

scan for codes and check fuel pressure with a gauge first then look for vacuum leaks. also, clean the throttle plate on both sides and IAC hole with choke cleaner. check resistance of plug wires 5000 ohms per foot. See link.

Okay, will do couple of other things I failed to mention I also did clean the throttle plate back and front, replaced fuel filter and added some injector cleaner, wires are new, but my one son installed bosch I think spark plugs from his car that he had just bought and had them gaped at .42, I haven cleaned the EGR yet and. I was originally told that this truck was not a obdll, but I found that it is so I will let you know what codes come up.

Thanks Ken, i finally had a second and the scan tool is showing a Intake Air Temperature Sensor 1 Circuit High Input, but i did not see any other codes yet i did take the vacuum hose off the fuel regulator no fuel present, but will still check the pressure. also, this truck does not show where the fuel pump relay is at in the distribution box . would you please give me an idea where it is? thank you again for your help.

I found this for you, the fuel pump relay is located in the power distribution center under the hood.

ok figured out what was wrong replaced the internal air temp sensor didn't respond and i had meant to replace the maf originally i bought the lower half of the housing because the other housing had huge hole in it,but thru my wisdom i cleaned the housing. so today i rechecked the maf and installed the replacement one and the wiring harness started the truck and she purrs nicely still a tiny bit rough but i think i'll put motorcraft plugs in. her cleared the codes and restarted no check engine light on .
