Antifreeze coolant in transmission oil cooler

I have the problem that antifreeze is coming out of my transmission oil cooler line connections. The transmission oil cooler (aftermarket) is not integrated in the radiator so i wonder how antifreeze can get into my transmission. In my opinion it can only be a cracked engine block although i do not experience any other leaks out of the engine itself.

The only other way is if someone added coolant instead of transmission fluid.

You need to change the fluid right now and get all the coolant out. You may have to change it several times to be sure. Coolant in the transmission will ruin the clutches and cause it to fail.
