Antifreeze

I want to know if Motocraft VC-7B can be used with or in place of the Mercedes Benz fluid.I have been told that Zerex G-05 is good, but my local supplier has the Motorcraft but not the Zerex and told me it is good for this car. I would like to conf rim this
