I was going to do hard reboot but negative won't reach positive. lol. help!

You'll need to retrieve the codes from the power-train control module, this will guide us to a pinpoint test that will let me know what action needs to be taken. Doing a hard reset will not do anything to make it operational. Here are some things to check first and fuses to check as well.
