Hi,

Is the clicking coming from the starter? You may just have a dead battery. Try this first. Turn the key to the run position and allow it to stay on for approximately 10 minutes. After that amount of time, the light should turn off and the vehicle should start. If it still doesn't start, check the battery's charge. Here is a link that explains how to load test a battery:

Let me know what you find.

More then likely the starter solenoid is failing in cold weather like this. I would try and tap on the side of the starter when this happens and see if it turns over a few more times.

If that is the case then here is a guide that will help with replacing it.

Also, here is another guide that will help with this issue if the starter is not the solution:

Lastly if this is happening only when cold, we should load test the battery just to make sure it can carry the proper load.
