I would try your spare key to see if the same thing happens. Next disconnect your battery overnight to see if that helps, if not you can try a hard system reboot.

If this doesn't work, we need to do a CAN scan to see what codes come up. you can get a CAN scanner (Controller Area Network) which will work on most cars from Amazon.
