I turn the alarm off, and now the Anti-theft light is blinking constantly?

The vehicle listed above is an ex-l. I left my son in my vehicle; I did not lock it but since I took the key I'm assuming after a while the system set alarm. When my son tried to open the door, it triggered the alarm. I turn the alarm off. now Anti-theft light is blinking constantly. My accessories, radio and navigation won't power on. The knobs for them light up but that's it. my car does drive. I've used my fuse checker to check all fuses in all 4 fuse boxes. Good to go. I Had my battery replaced 6 months ago, 2 jumps since then, i left headlights on.

I have looked cannot find that fuse.

Sorry, here are the fuse locations and the fuse numbers in the fuse panels, one is under the hood while the other is inside the car. Check out the images (below). Please let us know what happens.

I do not see one labeled alarm or security.
