Amplifier replacement

My amplifier shorted out so I am attempting to replace it with another. The amplifier in right now is a 96370-3F300; I accidentally got the a 96370-3F400, and I am wondering if this amplifier that I got to replace the one in there will work.

It appears this AMP is made for this vehicle. The only difference that I am seeing is the 400 amp is made for a vehicle up to 2007 and the 300 model is only to 2006. The only concern I would have is if it connects with all the connection points shown in this wiring diagram. I assume that they released this 400 amp and it is retro active to past years. So while the vehicle was built with the 300 amp the 400 will work.

I would just loosely plug it in and see if it works. If it does then go ahead and install it completely. Let me know if you have more questions. Thanks
