AM2 fuse blows when put in gear and shuts off

AM2 fuse blows every time when I put it in gear. Can anyone help?

That fuses feeds the ignition switch which I traced down to the Shift Lock ECU is the only thing that can be causing it. It is located in the center console check it for water damage.
