alternator not charging change it and check fuseable link

I change the alternator and it still not charging took the alternator off and had it tested it test good so I checked the fuseable linkage it's good do you think it could be the ECM and if so where do I look to get the number off of the ECM or which number

check the 100 amp fuse first then check the ground for the load on the base of windshield. it may be that as well as a couple other thing other than ecm besides ecm is a vin specific and has to be programmed to your car
